How do you deliver material?

Certified pdf's

A certified PDF is currently the ideal way of delivering data. That’s logical, since nothing could be easier: you can effortlessly prepare a suitable PDF using an Acrobat-Distiller profile. We check this file using Pit-Stop, so that the whole process passes off perfectly smoothly from then on.
What criteria should your PDF meet:

The images should be 300 dpi and CMYK (no RGB)
Maximum ink coverage of the images: 320%
No ICC profiles should be linked to the images
The fonts should all be present
The layout should be centred in the PDF
The format of the PDF should be the document format + 20 mm, provide cutting signs
Provision should be made for a 3-mm run-off along the four sides.
